Al Williams was elected mayor of Wykoff with a strong showing over Jeremy Comstock, who was named mayor earlier this year when the incumbent resigned after a vote of no confidence by the council.
Williams won with 68.2 percent of the vote. He had 161 votes to 72 for Comstock with three write-in votes.
In the council race, one incumbent came out on top with 139 votes. Rocky Vreeman was re-elected to the council for a second term. Joining him will be Brody Mensink, who had 111 votes.
Gerald Jacobson, who was appointed to the council when Comstock became mayor, received 70 votes. Tom Strain had 59 votes and Mike Sabatke had 51 votes. There were four write-in votes.
