Fillmore Central students from the eighth grade agriculture class competed in the Regional FFA Middle School Ag Challenge on Thursday, Nov. 13, held at Plainview/Elgin/Millville.

Fillmore Central High School’s Tapestry Choirs are preparing for the annual Tapestry Dinner Concert. This year’s show, “Sending You A Little Christmas” will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. at Wheelers in Harmony.
Fillmore Central’s Falcon Scholar Club Program will take place Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 9:10 a.m. in the high school gymnasium. In case of a snow day, the program will be held on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 9:10 a.m. The public is welcome to attend.
Three members of the Fillmore Central FFA Chapter traveled to the National FFA Convention in Louisville, Ky., held Oct. 29 through Nov. 1. Kayla Biel, Alex Love and Domanic Merkel were chaperoned by FFA advisor Jenelle Thorman and traveled with a delegation of over 100 FFA members from southeast Minnesota to join more than 60,000 FFA members from across the country for the 87th annual convention.
