Hidden Bluffs Camping Resort is in need of a Full Time Maintenance Manager. About the Resort: Hidden Bluffs is located on county road 19, between Spring Grove and Mabel Minnesota. The resort consists of RV and tent sites as well as several Rental units. Job Description: The Maintenance Manager is responsible to create a safe, clean, and up to date environment that prevents and diminishes issues for all guests and staff. Responsibilities include; hire, train, and schedule maintenance staff team. You will work closely with the Resort Manager daily in order to accomplish the identified tasks that need to be accomplished to meet the parks needs. Use of heavy equipment, light equipment, lawn mowers, weed whackers, pool chemicals, weed spraying chemicals, insecticides, golf carts, and large truck for moving RV's will be necessary. The candidate hired needs to be able to evaluate problematic systems or facilities and determine what installation or repair is needed. The skills to complete the repairs necessary, and/ or training of hired team to assist with said repair is must as well. Job Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school or 3-6 months of related experience. Must have a Certified Pool Operator License (CPO) or must be obtained within the first two weeks of employment. You must be CPR Certified. A Commercial Drivers License is not required, but is preferred. Basic computer skills are necessary, Outlook (e-mail), Microsoft Word and Excel program operations. Must be able to navigate and research necessary criteria on the internet as well.   The candidate hired will be responsible for leading a seasonal team that ensures the Resort is safe and functioning efficiently. Some travel is required if another one of the Minnesota resorts needs assistance. This would be coordinated with the Minnesota Facilities Manager. Pay is negotiable, based on experience and background.
